La tournée Confessions était la septième tournée de concerts de l’auteure-compositrice-interprète américaine Madonna, lancée en soutien à son dixième album studio, Confessions on a Dance Floor (2005). La tournée a commencé à Inglewood le 21 mai 2006 et s’est terminée à Tokyo le 21 septembre, visitant l’Amérique du Nord et l’Eurasie. De plus, il a marqué les premiers concerts de Madonna en Russie, en République tchèque, au Danemark et au Pays de Galles. Comme les tournées précédentes, elle était divisé en différents actes thématiques : Equestrian, Bedouin, Never Mind the Bollocks, et Disco.
